Databases
The third product that we use to keep clients up-to-date on a regular basis is our database service. Our databases are web-based and offer 24/7 access to the latest market information on specific markets. Essentially they provide all of the tabular information from one of our annual reports, but update this through the year, hence providing clients with forecasts that are always "current".
Where changes are made to forecasts, these are documented and any significant changes are highlighted to clients via email updates, together with the rationale behind the changes. Clients may also download the databases in Excel format.
More advanced users can opt for an interactive version of the database, providing access to the core forecast models. This allows clients to enter their own assumptions and parameters in order to drive out their own forecasts for comparison purposes.
